A thought provoking, queer, feminist T-shirt design about gender identity.
After the success of my first 'Human' screenprinted t-shirt, I have now created another one - equally human and non-binary but this time more 'boy' than 'girl' at first glance.
Again, I wanted to create an image that breaks the boundaries of what society deem to be 'male' and 'female' characteristics. This human has a shaved head, androgynous features and wears a bra. Are they wearing it to support their breasts or just because that's what they want to wear? I wanted to create another image which depicts a human who does not conform and radiates confidence whilst doing that.
Taken from an original drawing I did, the image has been screen printed onto black soft cotton Gildan tshirts using a unique technique of mixing pink and blue ink within the same screen, making each t-shirt print come out slightly differently.
All t-shirts are unisex and are available in Small, Medium, Large, XL and XXL.
Model is 5ft 9in and wears a Medium.
