I have four test prints available of my linocut print ‘Scaffolding’ which I’m selling at a discount due to printing errors.
Each image is labelled with it’s error so make sure you select the corresponding text in the drop down menu.
A linocut print inspired by the sight of scaffolding against a building on a bright Winters day in Hove. The strong angular shadows against the building from the scaffolding poles caught my eye so I took a photograph, excited to recreate the image into a piece of art.
The RA summer exhibition 2025 theme is ‘Dialogues’ and when creating my submission for it, I used this as a narrative to really explore the visual pattern of the structure of the scaffolding, the inevitable dialogue between the poles to hold the structure together, the relationship between light and shadow, and black and white.
I was lucky enough to have the piece selected for the show and sell a number of prints from the edition, and now the show is over I am able to have the rest available on my website and for a special introductory sale price as well as these four prints at a mega discount!
Printed with oil based ink on Somerset satin 250gsm paper or Japanese Pure White Silk 62gsm paper.
28 × 38cm
Sold unframed, this print will be wrapped in tissue paper and shipped flat packed
