An experimental linocut print I made by inking up various shapes of uncarved lino which I then printed in different transparent colours so that they overlaid to make new colours.
I then printed various linocuts over the top, placing them in intentional positions based on the colours that made their background, with the view of stencilling out each linocut to then collage onto white paper (see separate linocut collage listings)
After much positive feedback, I decided to keep this piece as it is rather than stencil it out to make for a more abstract image where all the colourful background shapes can be fully appreciated.

Printed with oil based ink on Pure White Silk Japanese paper
This print will be rolled in a sturdy tube to be shipped
Available at a discount due to being a new experimental piece and also because there are some ink smudges on the back of the paper (this does not effect the image)
