Starling
A two layer reduction linocut print of a starling, part of my ongoing series of prints of beautiful birds.
I made a colour blend out of yellow ochre, silver and phthalo green in order to capture the iridescence in the starlings feathers.
An edition of 20 linocut prints on Okawara Japanese paper and printed using oil based relief inks, they are 21 x 26cm in size and are sold unframed. Prints will be backed with mount board and wrapped in cellophane packaging.
